We all remember times when we don't feel doing anything.When everyone around you are moving fast but you don't want to take even a step. This makes you fell low and alone.
Bad mood is a common state experienced by a lot around the globe. It not only affect our social well-being but also our mental and physical health. Bad mood creates feelings like depression, anxiety, anger or loneliness. This unwanted friend don't have any particular reason for its arrival but some reasons could be, things don't go the way you want or you don't achieve what you wish for or some other reason could be bad memories from past experiences.
We all struggle to win the battle with bad mood, so what could we actually do to defeat it. We all know bad moods could cost us in future and takes away our productivity.
So here are some beneficial tips to help you in bad mood.
Try doing yoga and meditation
Yoga have many health benefits and it offers some wonderful asanas which could be really relaxing, like- Utthan Pristhasana, Viparita Karani, Supta Baddha Konasana, etc. Meditation also helps calming our mind and increases concentration power.
Listen to soft music
Soft music are calming and relaxing. A good music have power to take away all your worries and help to clean all the junk file accumulated in your brain.
Get some fresh air and eat something sweet
Cool fresh breeze is best to beat a bad mood and eating something sweet helps in increasing level of dopamine in your body and makes you feel happy. Ice cream is the best option.
Talk to loved once
I know talking to someone when you are in a bad mood could be really difficult but try talking to someone who loves you and cares for you. I am sure this would definitely help you to cheer up again.
